   Crown Shy takes reservations on Resy. Start there: pick your party size and date, and book any time that works.

   Be flexible on the night and time

   Prime-time weekend tables at Crown Shy go first. Weeknights, early seatings and late seatings are the easiest to find.

   Watch for cancellations

   When Crown Shy shows nothing open, plans still change. Tables come back when other diners cancel, often a day or two ahead, and they go fast.

   Let TableWatch watch for you

   Set the nights, time window and party size in the TableWatch app. We check Resy around the clock and push you the moment a matching table opens. You book it on Resy in your own account.

About Crown Shy

Crown Shy is the first solo project from the late Chef James Kent. Located on the ground floor of Art Deco masterpiece 70 Pine Street, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star just six months after opening, as well as the highest score given by The Infatuation in 2019. Lunch Service Join us for lunch service starting October 9th Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM! Chef's Family-Style Menu at The Nook At Crown Shy's semi-private Nook area, we can accommodate 11-18 people maximum seated in the Nook. The restaurant would still be in service around you, but the Nook corner section would be dedicated to your group. We can reserve the Nook for a large party either at 5:30/6 pm or at 8/8:30 pm, Sunday – Thursday evenings. We offer a family-style 4-course pre-fixe food menu for $145 per person, not including beverages and tax. All beverages are billed on consumption. There is an automatic 20% gratuity added for these bookings. Large Parties Reservations for parties of 8 guests or more will be served a prix fixe family-style menu for $145 per guest. Reservations are available 28 days in advance to book, and look out for new reservations released every day at 10 am EST.
