How to book Locust
Book directly on OpenTable
Locust takes reservations on OpenTable. Start there: pick your party size and date, and book any time that works. OpenTable lists it as Casual Elegant, dress code: casual dress.
Be flexible on the night and time
Prime-time weekend tables at Locust go first. Weeknights, early seatings and late seatings are the easiest to find.
Watch for cancellations
When Locust shows nothing open, plans still change. Tables come back when other diners cancel, often a day or two ahead, and they go fast.
Let TableWatch watch for you
Set the nights, time window and party size in the TableWatch app. We check OpenTable around the clock and push you the moment a matching table opens. You book it on OpenTable in your own account.
About Locust
**December reservations will open Sunday, November 1st at 10:00am**The party size confirmed at booking is final; the deposit is a minimum spend. Reducing your guest count upon arrival will forfeit the deposit. To adjust guest count, email us ahead of your reservation at info@locustnashville.com.**Due to our menu style, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. Locust brings a chaotic elegance to Nashville's dining scene. Chef Trevor Moran and team carefully assemble an ever-changing menu highlighting seafood and local, seasonal products: think raw bar selection, whole grilled fish, a decadent crab omelette, a big steak, all rounded out with a somehow chewy and soft shaved ice. In November 2025, Locust was awarded a MICHELIN Star.
